There may be slight color difference for online pictures and physical item. An item quality base on each individual's perception. Or change of mind, these are not a valid reason for refund/cancellation. <br>- If item is damage by courier company, damage beyond repair/usage during delivery, 1-1 exchange will be provided (not valid for minor scratches)<br>- If item is damage by buyer during installation/setup/usage, we do not provide exchange or refund.<br>- If customer have setup/installation issue and cannot be settled by email or phone call guidance, they need to bring down item to our warehouse or pay for delivery fee to send item back.<br>- In any case if customer claims that item is defective and request to send back, we will check under cctv after return. if item is not defect, buyer issue (eg self setup/installation), customer need to pay for delivery fees/any charges involved be it exchange or cancellation/refund. Proof of cctv will be provided. <br>- For all above stated, If item is already installed with marks and scratches/ sign of usage, we do not provide exchange or refund.</div>
