    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Exchange/Return of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item only.

    For shortage of item or wrong item received
    - Provide pictures of the parcel package with the delivery information and item contents within the parcel
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For defective/damaged item
    - Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information, the damaged area of the received item and retain any broken piece(s)
    - Provide video of the non-functioning of the electronic product
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For any change of mind from buyer
    - Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached
    - Provide picture of the item to seller

    I put in a new battery. The box have 'cat' sound when we press the button but the paw doesn't come out

    Could we check the brand of the battery that you have tested with?

    We have received feedback from previous customers that if the batteries used have insufficient capacity to operate the Mischief Savings Box, there will only be sound and no movements from the cat. To solve this issue, please test the Mischief Savings Box again with a set of brand new batteries of reputable brands.
