    Login to your buyer account: MyQoo10 > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select “Cart No.” > Select “Return” or “Exchange” under ‘Apply & Remark’.

    We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.

    Hi, just to let you know that I have received the items. I know it is out of your goodwill to pack all items individually. But I refrain from buying a few items at one time until I wanted to buy more, in order to reduce plastic packaging. So, I would appreciate if you can ask if customer needs individual packag8ng for their items.

    Secondly, the black and gold chunky necklace has a bit of white stain on only 1 part. Also got some crack lines. FYI.
