I have been using qoo10 for my online purchase for more than 5 years now and this is really the FIRST TIME i experience such a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I placed my order on 30 December 2017, and on 11 January your side already promised to re-send the 2 bundles of tissue (4 x 6 rolls) but UNTIL NOW i have not received at all!
and the reply i received for your customer service is just 'let us check' and never get back to me with the tracking number!
Today, i managed to speak with your customer service Nini - 18 January 2018, 1250pm. She said, she already asked the warehouse to resend the goods by today and I can get my tracking number by tomorrow (19 January 2018)
Please update me soonest!!!!!!
