As noted above, it is important to use a FedEx Pak bag. You can either ship this product at a FedEx center or schedule a FedEx pick-up to your address. FedEx Pak bags are available at centers, or you can request the driver to bring one when they come to pick-up the package

may i know fedex pak bag is for what???? i google it and i saw is a bag to contain document? you need them to put the document inside the pak bag?

But it is hard to see the broken screen by eyes but he said it is broken.

to be frank i never move the monitor for months.. how can it broken... the white light appear when my computer suddenly restart... it cannot be cause by the broken screen.. i was there when i saw the monitor turn white

It came with a defect - it has a line across the bottom of the screen.
