* It isn’t necessary to buy a new envelope from the post office! You can reuse the bag your item(s) arrived in. Don’t worry if you’ve already thrown it away. Simply use any plastic bag or old envelope as long as it is properly wrapped up and securely taped.
* Avoid the queue at the post office by buying your stamps at any of the SAM machines deployed island-wide at HDB heartlands, MRT stations, shopping malls as well as some selected private condominiums. Once your parcel is ready, you can drop it into any mailing box.

Unless stock is unavailable, parcels are despatched for delivery within 24 hours of ordering. There are no deliveries on the weekend.
Delivery via Singpost normal or registered mail takes 2 - 3 working days and TAQBIN, 1 - 2 working days.
Postal Delays: Singpost sometimes delivers parcels one month after the shipping date. As tracking numbers are unavailable under normal mail, we cannot provide any information on the delivery status. For customers whose parcels have not arrived 1 week after the shipping date, we would advise them to wait another 3 weeks (or 4 weeks in total for local deliveries; 6 weeks for overseas orders). Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Thanks for your message. We're sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived. Your parcel was sent on 28 Jul. Could you please check that the address you registered in the system is correct?
If the address is correct, your parcel should still get to you. I have seen some parcels delayed by Singpost and arrive up to 4 weeks late! If they are unable to deliver a parcel then it usually gets returned to us, in which case we then re-send it to customers.
Please give it a bit more time. If it doesn't arrive by 25 Aug (4 weeks after the delivery date as per our policy), please send your enquiry to JessClosetCS@gmail.com and then we decide what to do. Meanwhile we will also check our return address again to see if it has come back to us. (Note: please do not forward your messages via Qoo10 one month after the order date as the Qoo10 system doesn't permit sellers to send a reply.)

I have send back a return parcel base on seller advise by normal postage for an exchange in t-shirt size! Item was sent out on 24th of July. Seller keep claiming never received the return parcel which I don't believe as if it is not deliver,it should have been return to my address!! At the end,have paid for the t-shirt, my return postage plus a $1.50 to seller for the postage but get nothing in the end!! Unable to get my refund as seller keep claiming never received my return parcel! This seller is a not an honest one!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Hi I've waited for more than 2 weeks for the order when u mention allow for 3-5 days of delivery. Even my shipment from China has arrived. The ndp is over and I have yet to get the shirt so it defeats the purpose. I'm asking for a refund.
