    I have not received my items, can you check delivery status?

    First of all, it does take time to send and deliver items to buyers. 2-7 working days is the norm. You can find the date that we send out your item in your qoo10 account. We update delivery status after sending out, so if it shows item already sent out, then it is indeed sent out. If you chose Qxpress registered mail, please click on the Tracking button in your order summary in your qoo10 account to find out the latest delivery status. Or, you may go to http://www.qxpress.asia/gmkt.inc/Tracking/TrackingShipment.aspx and check with the tracking ID provided in your order record. What we can check is the same as what you can check. If you chose SingPost normal mail, unfortunately there's no tracking number and the parcel is not traceable.

    How long does shipping take? When will I receive the item after ordering?

    We send out items within 24 hours on business days (Monday - Friday). If order is placed after 10pm on Friday, it will be sent out the next Monday. We use SingPost (for normal mail) and Qxpress (for registered mail) to deliver the items to buyers. They usually take 2-7 working days to deliver, but sometimes longer, which is indeed not in our control.

    I received wrong / defective item, how do I get exchange or replacement?

    Sorry for the mistake or defect. We do our best but bad things do happen in life. We will provide exchange and pay for postage fees incurred. Exchange in the case of wrong or defective item cannot be changed to other design / size. Please keep the item in original conditions (unused with all tags and original packaging intact) and email us at mumstown.service@yahoo.com with your order number and photo of the item received. We will reply your email with further instructions. While sending back, please leave a note in the parcel indicating the order number. Parcel without order number cannot be identified and will not be processed. Note: Please do NOT give negative review, contact us instead to get it exchanged. Once negative review is given, no further service would be provided. Thank you for kind understanding.

    I chose wrong size / design, can I exchange?

    Yes sure, as long as the item is in original conditions (unused, unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact), you may either drop by our place to exchange or do it via post within 7 days after receiving the item, however you have to bear postage fees for both ways if you do it via post. Before dropping by or sending it back, please email us at mumstown.service@yahoo.com with your order number and indicate which design / size to change to. Please do not SMS us or leave inquiry on qoo10 regarding exchange, we must keep a record that is searchable. We will reply your email with further instructions on how to send it back for exchange. When you send it back by post, please leave a note in the parcel indicating the order number and which design / size to change to as well. Parcel without order number cannot be identified and will not be processed.
