please inspect your items upon receiving them. If items received are wrong(not what you ordered)
or damaged, do contact us immediately for a resend/refund/exchange depending on stock availability.
Compulsory procedures for returning wrong/damaged goods or getting resend of item :
1.) Kindly contact us within 7 working days(registered mail/smartpac) or 15 working days(normal mail) from 'date of delivery'.
2.) Attach photo proof of damaged or wrong items clearly. (This helps speed up our processing approval of your request)
3.) Buyer must not have already left a negative feedback for the item.
Please note that there will be NO EXCHANGE/REFUND//RESEND if these requirements are not met.
*Additionally, please note that we DO NOT provide exchanges for USED ITEMS,
and NO resends/exchange for USED DISPOSABLE ITEMS due to hygiene purposes.
