Hi, I bought the camera in Aug2017. It was working fine until yesterday. When it was transferring the recording to my pc over night as it suddenly transferred the files at a very slow rate (max 200kbps), estimated timing was 11hours. I let it run overnight and thus morning when I tried to on it, it gave me blue and red blinking lights and it auto shutdown. I cannot seem to on it or have the computer to detect it. May I know what is wrong with it? It sold be still under warranty as I just bought it in Aug. How do I get it repaired?

Hi,I reformat the TF card and it is working again.However, the camera cannot record more than 20 mins. I understand it will create a new video file after 20 mins, but the videos were all corrupted and it is like it didn't record anything else after the first 20 mins.The video gets a bit buzzy, like static interference and it has a loud static sound and the video image freezes and the file are corrupted.Another instance is it can only record audio. Is the device faulty?Does it need to get repaired?Kindly advise.
