Qxpress mail is mail with tracking number. Takes 3 to 5 working days (exclude weekend) from shipped out date. Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. Redelivery will be arranged by Qxpress if you are not in at the time of delivery. However, we will not be able to instruct Qxpress with regards to your preferred day and time of delivery. Please communicate to the delivery personal when they call you. We highly recommend to use Qxpress as we did experience lost parcel sent by unregistered SingPost mail. Due to festive season, delivery time might take longer than usual.

Dear Buyer,

We have already shipped out your order on 15th August via unregistered SingPost mail. SingPost takes 3 to 14 days less weekends to deliver. Pls wait for a while longer. If still didn't receive then it could have been lost by SingPost. We have a couple of lost mail every month.

Hi,

We have customers that have bought for kids and adults. the laces are stretchable so should be able to fit adult shoes. However, if your shoe sizes are too big then might not be able to fit.
