Hi the neckless I bought, I received from my friend I gave it that the chain was stained a few weeks she wearing it... is it happened as usual and should we consider it is the life already?

Dear customer, we apologize that the photo is a bit blur and we can't really conclude from photo the condition of the stain at the moment. A possibility could be oxidization. As the chain is made of alloy, though plated in white gold, we would recommend wearer try not have it in touch with substances which contain chemical (e.g. perfume, shower soap, moisturizer, etc.). otherwise, if it is only surface dirt, we do provide free polishing service at all our retail stores. We also provide after sales services like gold replating at a minimal fee. Hope these information helps.

Hi Seller, I'm surprising that my order has been cancelled and reason given is out of stock but you are still selling the item. As seller, you should honour on the transaction that we already made. Please give me a reasonable reason or else I will lodge it to CASE without hesitation.

The cancellation was in fact due to Qoo10 system error. But in Qoo10 back end system there was only a default option of " Out Of Stock" for Qoo10 to process this cancellation. We apologize for the misundeerstanding

I called qoo10 and they claimed only seller can cancel the transaction, not by Qoo10. As a buyer, I'm not satisfied about the explanation and i will make a complain to CASE and Qoo10 officially then.

Other people having the same promo price managed to received their necklace and mine was cancelled after waiting for such a long time and also called your to clarify but the you ask me to call qoo10 to check,is qoo10 request your to cancel my order not out of stock. So I called qoo10 to check but qoo10 told me that is seller cancel my order not qoo10 so that means both of your, qoo10 and you also don't want to responsibly this problem. If the pricing is incorrect should cancel all orders which is involved,not some customers received and the rest cancel. This is unfair and not satisfied what your give me is not the answer but is an excuse to cover up your mistakes...
