Majority or most of the buyers opted for normal postage received the parcels promptly. However, from time to time we still receive feedback from some buyers that they didn't receive the parcels. Sometimes, it's purely delay by Singpost - so far already got 2 buyers complained that parcel received only after 1 month. Few unlucky buyers didn't receive the parcels at all - possible lost mails. Hereby, we would like to say we are sorry for these cases, but we would like to clarify again - seller will not be responsible for any delay or lost mails. There will be no refund or re-sending of goods. Thank you for your kind understanding.
