I have ordered 3 items with order no 195200245 195200246 195200247.I didnot recieve any of the item.The tracking info was not showing any updates but all of a sudden it shows delivered successfully when I have NOT recieved my item.I want to know where are my dresses??When will I be recieving them??

Kept getting messages from you that dresses are scheduled for delivery but no delivery service to-date. It has been more than 2 weeks!!!

Where are my dresses??? Please answer my question seller and stop copying me the whole chunk of tracking information again!

Super slow delivery and lousy service!

Ordered my items on 16 Sep 2016 but received nothing to-date. No tracking records for the first 10 days. After emailed seller, record updated only in another 2 days but status shows "operation centre to make the packaging bag".

You mean you are only starting to prepare the package after 12 days? How long more must I wait for the dresses to be sent to Singapore? Another 2 weeks?

Seller, please understand that I bought the dresses for an event this coming Fri. Your company's delivery standard is totally unacceptable. Who would wait for 3-4 weeks for a dress ordered online?

I would like to request for a refund if the dresses cannot be delivered in time. Also, please don't misled other buyers by indicating "5-7 working to Singapore" if you are not going to honour it.

-1st attempt of delivery not successful as only received a missed call at 1820hrs on 20/9 and seller did not attached the memo as written upon items purchase.
-rescheduled another date but delivery comoany unable ti accommodate and given today as a re-delivery date, stated that delivery time is between 10-6pm. Wasted a day in the house by waiting dor delivery and nothing received until now!!

Any solution to this lousy services?
