I checked with reception and they have not received any parcel.
I have also called T-Q-Bin and found that the items have not been delivered.
The reason is ... address wrong... But the address provided by me on Qoo10 was correct....
They say not to trust the status, because accidentally set as delivered... which to me is ... want the ...
Now wait for them to delivery tomorrow earliest.
Sadly this will reflect the quality of delivery rate. I know is stupid, and the seller should pursuit this matter more with Ta-Q-Bin.
But the fact, that I had to call the deliverer and hear the above stupid reason, which clearing is not my fault (as the address provided is correct) does not sit well with me. Especially since I get a email from Qoo10 saying my package is delivered and they are sending the money to the seller, without any options other then using qpost, with all the conversations up for all to see or dispute straight away.
