    Hey! I am not checking the delivery for the item aboved. 3M had sent me the goods and I had received.

    Please look at the subject!!
    I am enquiry about the charges on my ocbc cashflo card of SGD 127.98 on 29 of november 2016.
    I cannot find the orders for the charges. I did placed order on 29 november using OCBC card with the SGD15 special coupons., however, the transaction faced some issue due to your website pulling out the coupon on 1158pm which I had complaint earlier. There are no orders as your website show unsuccessful due to payment amount and cart amount was different due to the invalidity of discount coupon on 1158pm (2 mins earlier than it suppose to expired). I already very unhappy with the process.
    Now, I didn't get any of the orders from this SGD 127.98 and yet have to pay the bills for the orders.

    Kindly check what is this SGD127.98 charged to my credit card account immediately!! i had been waiting for a week without answer!

    very unpleasant experience dealing with Qoo10.
    no order but got charges on my credit crad. thats the reason i am very unhappy why this happened and the delay of clarification by Qoo10.
