I made my purchase (239274620) on 10/12 and till date have yet to receive the item. Emails sent have not been replied as well. This is definitely not shipping within 2-3 days as stated on your page. I would not have bought the item if it was going to take this long. Please advise on the status urgently as my purchase was meant to be a gift and it's way overdue. Was the item even mailed out???

I tried to contact your CSO on Qoo10 but there was no reply.
It had been almost 3 weeks and my orders are still not delivered yet.
Telling customers that you cannot cope with the orders and yet doing promotion for the slippers again is not a satisfactory answer.
