I have made an order since 30th Sept 2014 but I have yet to receive the item till today (17/11/14).
Seller said had shipping and system problem and i was given the option to do a refund.
I requested for a refund on the 25th of October 2014 and I did not receive any response or refund from your side.

Kindly provide a refund as soon as possible. This matter has been almost 2 months!
