Netural Acer had compromised on screen display.

Ordered on Friday night and it was delivered to me by Q-Express on Thursday. Being a satisfied Acer user for the last 8 years, I had chosen Acer again. The speed and the specifications of this laptop are good, however there's one thing that Acer let me down this time round, which is the display. The display has a yellowish tint to it and after contacting Acer and them bringing back the laptop back for investigation, they could not do anything to it. I have attached the comparision between this laptop and my previous Acer laptop. I later did a search and realize this was the case for another model of Acer Swift 3 (https://www.laptopmag.com/reviews/laptops/acer-swift-3). I need to literally do a color calibration and adjust the settings on Intel Graphic Setting to achieve a better display. Even after adjusting, it will still adjust itself back to the old color profile and I need to manually select my new color profile on every start-up.more review

Question: I had received my laptop yesterday. Having been an Acer user for 8 years, I realise my Swift 3's LED screen has one issue. The color tone of the laptop appears to be super yellow as compared to my previous Acer laptop and I have gather feedback from another friend who got her Acer laptop last year that she did not face this problem. My bluelight shield was off and it's already yellowish. I have e-mailed in to Acer for feedback and assistance (you can check with CJ from Acer call center). Since I had reported the issue within 24 hours after receiving the item, if there is really an issue with the screen, I would like to request for an one-to-one exchange. Order no. 258408818.
