After its own investigation, Qoo10 advised that the item was lost somewhere between its pick-up from seller to its distribution center and it's processing a compensation to the seller. Perhaps you should check with Qoo10 on what's going on. As you could appreciate, I have been waiting for so long for deliveryand now am left wondering what will happen to my order.
