Delivery was prompt... The Waygu beef which i added on was fresh....lobster was a little below expectations though.... The set itself is value for $$$. Will definitely order again:)

hi, one order in a purchase. So that means I can place 2 seperate orders in order to get 2 sets right? delivery address will be the same.

Yes, as the limitation of delivery. Only one order allow for one delivery. If u need 2 sets, make another purchase.

thank you for response. I've changed my mind. Instead of 2 steamboat sets, I ordered 1 steamboat set (order# 241023957) & 1 shabu shabu set (order# 241023958). So both are in same cart # 115 780356. Pls help to ensure both sets send together.

one more question, for shabu shabu set the soup base is "Japanese creamy pork soup", but steamboat set is "creamy pork soup". Are these the same? If not, can I request to send both my order to same type, - "creamy pork soup"? thanks

Is same, our popular soup base creamy pork soup is a Japanese style pork soup, which boiled for 18 hours.

Order received by my girl in the afternoon.
Just cooked for dinner . Vegetables and meat present. Chicken not fresh with frozen smell. We are puzzled why no abalone slices, prawns and eggs as advertised ? I compared yr picture before writing this. 3 items missing are really too much !

Dear customer, the items might change due to daily order in the restaurant. Anyway, we pack as 8 items daily pick in the package. As in the case, we will updated the advertisement clearly.

Pls refer to the attached ! Meaning u will pack cheaper ingredients and replaced with vegetables only? ? This is cheating if you are aware 3 items like abalone, prawns are not packed! This is cheating!

There were no other meat replaced yesterday. Can you name what you replaced as we had only : vegetables some mushrooms 2 scallops , 4 fishballs, few thin slices of pork belly smelly chicken meats, few slices fish and half corn ?

Add: 4 pcs crab sticks n susages. FYI we are not being demanding but feel that whatever is advertised has to be fulfilled and true.

Hi, as u have receive the scallop, some did change for u. But the prawn have stocks all the time, that must be a wrong count when packing. Will u order again in the future?

As we mentioned, not only the prawns, abalone and eggs also not packed. Not order again anytime soon. Suggest you partial refund for the missing items to close this frustrating issue rather then ding dong for a week already!
