    Qxpress is the default delivery option in our shop and we only recommend Qxpress to buyer.     Singpost Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.However it is not trackable,and Singpost will not be responsible if the item is lost and there is no way to recover the parcel. The singpost delivery period is 5-14 working days to deliver exclusive of weekend and PH, and sometimes it may even take up one month to deliver.

    For buyer want to change to normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs.

    1. Please send a Qpost inquiry with the affected order number together with photo evidence.

    a. Qpost inquiry can be sent from Qoo10 app -> recent orders -> contact seller.

    b. Item listing page -> Question and answer -> Email Inquiry

    2. Evaluation will be done within 1-2 working days

    3. Buyers will need to send the item back for evaluation.

    4. Once evaluated:

    a. For Exchange, Replacement will be send after evaluation

    b. For Refund, refund will be processed after evaluation

    How will postman handle the bulky item with singpost normal mail delivery?

    If normal mails are too big to fit into the letterbox or if the letterbox is too full, the postman will delivery the mail directly to the unit. If no one was around, they would just bring the parcel back to the nearest post office (nearest as in nearest one on map). Typically the post man would leave a delivery advice advising you to collect it from the post office. However, at times, if they didn’t bring the slip out, they may not inform you. Hence, you need to proceed to your nearest post office to check with the staff.

    What to do when you experience Singpost lost mail?

    Firstly, Please contact seller for help. Double-check whether it was mailed out and get these information: Size of parcel, colour and description of packaging (box? paper envelope? polymailer?), Also ask for any proof of delivery if any 1. Call 1605 and ask for the contact number of: – your nearest post office (nearest in terms of location on the map, the one which usually hold your mails when no one is around) – the regional HQ in charge of your area (area = first 2 digit of mailing address) – return mail unit 2. Go down to the nearest post office when calling/enquiring on your parcel, be sure to state it’s a normal mail (hence there is no RA or tracking number). When you mention ‘normal mail’, the typical reply: “oh for normal mail we can’t track…”, still, let them know you understand that but request for them to search for it anyway

    Hi, i do not have the time to travel to the nearest singpost and back again just to check on status of delivery. Item value is 7 dollars, my transportation to and fro and time spent is worth more than the value of the purchase. Please do provide picture of delivery or provide refund. Unless you can confirm that Singpost (which branch) is holding my items, otherwise don't expect me to travel down just to check for you if items are with them.

    We just want to to know that we shipped item timely, but we cant control the delivery part which is performed by Singpost

    Honestly speaking , If you received the item from singpost after we process the refund , it is quite unfair to us.

    Hence just check if we can build up mutual trust between us, and you will inform us if you receive the item from singpost after refund is process

    Dear seller,

    I have purchased multiple items on qoo10 and this is the first time i did not receive the parcel. If i wanted to cheat on a shipment, why would i do it for a $7 purchase. This is far too much hassle for me to be wasting my time to be travelling down to a nearby singpost to check if it was sent back there. The journey to and fro and time wasted would have worth more than the items itself. Please proceed with the refund if you are unwilling to check with singpost on your side as well. If i did receive the item (highly doubt so as it is already more than 1 month), i will most definitely contact you to make the payment. Thanks!
