You have been a very dishonest seller !
-Firstly, you sent item via Singpost normal mail (indicated in the system) instead of the Qxpress registered mail as promised.
- Secondly, when i seek clarification on this, you replied that you are preparing to send the item via Qxpress. So i thought the "signpost normal mail" reflected in the system may be a mistake made by yourself.
- Thirdly, when the system asked me to "confirm delivery" , i seek further clarification with you and then you replied that that there may be a delay in the delivery by Singpost.
- So in short, you sent the item via Signpost normal mail and had been dishonest on this.
- Or actually in fact, i suspect you may not even send out the item yet ! If there is a delay in delivery of the item, you should frankly explain to buyers instead !
- Finally, you proceed to CANCEL MY ORDER without even care to provide any explanation !
- And you delete enquires from all buyers who are having the same problems !
