    Thank you for the information. I received the 4 lighters yesterday. However, only 2 were working. One didn't work at all, and the other works only once -- but the arc lasts only 3 seconds, then goes off and the lighter stops working. I have to switch it off then on again then the cycle repeats: arc lasts 3 secs and lighter stops working. I have just asked for replacements through the Qoo10 app. If you can send replacements by tomorrow, it would be much appreciated because I leave for China early Mon morning and ordered 3 of these lighters as gifts to bring there. Attached, a video of the faulty one. I can send you a video of the one that doesn't work at all if the Qoo10 app allows me too, or after you reply to this message. I hope to hear from you very soon.

    Hi, I received one replacement lighter yesterday.
    But the package was not in the original sealed condition - is this because you charged and tested it first? Anyway, the lighter works, so thank you for that.
    However, Of the 4 lighters I originally received from you, TWO were not working, so you were supposed to send me TWO replacements, not one. (One did not work at all after charging, and the other worked for 3 seconds only, then died, and didn't work any more, unless I switched the lighter off then on again, then the cycle repeats.) So please send me the second replacement asap, thank you.

    I received the 2nd replacement lighter last Thursday. The packaging had been cut open so I presumed you had tested it.

    But it only works a few times before it dies again, then I have to switch it off then on again before it works a few times and dies again. So I have to keep switching it off then on again. I have come to the conclusion that this is not a good product. I will just keep this one and mske do with its flaws. But thank you for sending me the replacements.
