    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Exchange/Return of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item only.

    For shortage of item or wrong item received
    - Provide pictures of the parcel package with the delivery information and item contents within the parcel
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For defective/damaged item
    - Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information, the damaged area of the received item and retain any broken piece(s)
    - Provide video of the non-functioning of the electronic product
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For any change of mind from buyer
    - Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached

    For New Pro 15 with TouchBar (A1990/A1707), we do not have Palm Guard at the moment.

    Both Screen Guard and Keyboard Protector (available in Black, Blue, Pink, Red and Clear) are available for New Pro 15 with TouchBar (A1990/A1707).

    Please select Pro 15 (New - A1990/A1707) as your MacBook model.

    As we do not have a clear estimation on when we will bring in Palm Guards for New Pro 15 with TouchBar model, we do not do advance order for it.

    If you are interested, we recommend that you may consider purchasing without Palm Guard first.

    For the residue removal, you can use alcohol wipes or rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl Alcohol) on a cotton pad to remove it.

    While paste-on products (such as Screen Guard, Palm Guard, Mac Guard and products of similar nature) are not applicable for exchange/refund once it has been opened and pasted on your MacBook, we will offer a one-time refund to you as a gesture of goodwill.

    The refund of the Screen Guard has been processed. If you have any questions regard the refund, you may contact Qoo10 helpdesk team through these steps:
