    Defective item issue
    >Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
    >Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)

    Dear Shoppers, Normal postage is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However shipping is not track-able via Singpost Normal Mail, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3 - 10days to deliver. On the other hand, Qxpress is safer and track-able.

    note 5 still can use QC 3.0, its just that it will cut down the input automatically to 2.0 max speed. If the charger detect other device that can support QC3.0 then it will go back to 3.0
