    Dear Shoppers, Normal postage is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However shipping is not track-able via Singpost Normal Mail, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3 - 10days to deliver. On the other hand, Qxpress is safer and track-able.

    Please bring the whole packaging down for an exchange of wrong/faulty product, you may drop by our store within the warranty duration and we are able to test it for you and assist you further from there.

    Please note warranty only covers internal problems.
    Warranty does not cover superficial damage, impact damage, water damage, wear and tear.

    Warranty claim can only be done at Leong Huat Building, #05-08
    6 Harper Road, Singapore 369674
    (1 min walk from Tai Seng MRT ).
