The photo you send is a verification for Q7, not TL2 (Q8) Please make sure that the item is in its original condition, unused. Once checked, please send the item back to us. (By your choice.)     Seller admit the QR code is for Q7.....that mean this TL2 I bought from him is fake as the QR code is from the packaging that I have purchase from him. Seller still do not have to admit it. You want me to return you....I will not do as I will incur returned shipping cost and since you are dishonest....high chance after you received my returned goods you will not refund me and will story to say that return goods is not in original packaging or item damaged. Therefore I would like the seller or Qo10 to refund $10 to me and i will close the case. In addition, i have test the item....the product is of low quality. 1st the battery is forever charging after 24 hours. The vocal singing volume is too soft, cannot even hear when the music is turn on even at the lowest volume.unless the music is soft then we can hear out voice from the speaker. Pls refund.
