    I placed an order on 14/4 and you updated the delivery date as 17/4.
    I tried tracking the order via SF Express website but the details were unavailable.
    Wrote to you and you said delivery to be delayed and parcel will be delivered by this week.

    The courier suddenly sent a message on 19/4 (in the morning) to say that the parcel is in the riser outside my unit!
    There was no knock or call and the courier just left the parcel in the riser... it is infuriating.

    I went back to track my parcel since I didn't sign on the delivery note and the details says collection of parcel-18/4. delivery of parcel; signed- 19/4 .
    I did not sign for my parcel... this is definitely not a good shopping experience.

    There wasn't a knock on the door, the courier just left the parcel in the riser.
    It is very irresponsible!
    If I wasn't at home at that time, the parcel may have been stolen or misplaced.
