    Submission of claims: Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item.

    Hi dear, some Singpost postmen would deliver to the doorstep during office hours, but there is a significant number of them who do not do so.The parcel will end up returned to the nearest post office to you with or without a collection slip. Sometimes it would get lost. Hence, unless u know the postman in charge of your area well, please do not risk and choose Qxpress delivery instead. Thank u! :)
