    hi item was shipped out on 22 jan. Kindly give singpost more time to deliver. Also as their delivery service is very unreliable pls note that as per our delivery guidelines we require 3 wks from date of shipping before we can take further action. We would also like to take this opportunity to encourage use of Qxpress as we charge only $3.25 regardless of number of items purchased. thkq for yr kind understanding.
