    Thank you for your reply.

    Have checked for you. The case you've ordered is for the iPad 2/3/4, not the iPad 5 that you're using. That may explain why it does not fit.

    We can do an exchange for you but we'll need you to return the original items to us by post first. Please note that the items must be returned in original packaging with everything intact.

    The additional postage fee for both the return and re-send will have to be borne by you.
