    Write your name and reference number (21948) behind the envelope so we'll know it's from you.

    You will need a $1.70 postage stamp for returning the items. You may purchase the stamp at any SAM machine or post office. Please purchase an additional $1.70 stamp and put it inside the envelope so we can use it to send the replacement to you.
