    Hi buyer, we do not engage the services of Qxpress return pick up. Thank you for the updates on the Smartpac tracking number. We will notify you after we have received the parcel. Do note that we will need some time to process the return before a refund can be approved. Rest assure that as long as the product is in unused saleable condition, the refund will be approved. Please expect partial refund of item amount minus the first way qxpress shipping as it has already been incurred. Thank you!

    Sad to say, that button had disappeared after cancelling twice regarding the return delivery service. Whether or not using that button, u can still refund via Qoo10! Last time i used to pay an item and the seller refund me because of no stock after checking, and APOLOGIZED, then directly refund using Qoo10 system/interface/Qmoney, without using from the order page. Thats y i said its my 1st time returning an item to seller (you) and not that familiar with whats suppose to do. Wah lau! U r realy troublesome man! Its as if im getting back a million $$$!     Maybe my mistake for your misunderstood of complaint for requesting of ingredient list because that wasn't intended for you, that's why I put SELLER / S (SINGULAR & PLURAL FORM) ;D

    Because from my observation from other buyers questions and answers from sellers in Qoo10, plus my OWN experiences with other seller/s, they lie or being complacent with their answer. That's why some smart sellers avoid repeated troublesome of replying ingredient list until they put up the ingredient list on their selling item shop. Nonetheless, thanks for agreeing with the refund but I hope I will get my refund back because I can't use the product and haven't use yet. =)

    With the address given, can you receive if I use registered mail? I need to make sure you get it. =)
