Sorry I only know that the smartband is designed to work with
VertFitPro App. To use with other apps you have to try it out.

Hi

I hv got the ID115HR model...but it doesn’t seem to syn with Samsung health app and AiA Vitality app...may I know if it is possible and how to make the VeryFitPro syn with Samsung Health app and AIA Vitality app.?

Ps: the earlier model using H band works v well with Apple Health

As I know ID115HR plus sync with VeryFitPro app. If you have tried and it does not sync with other App I won't be able to help you as I am not an expert in this area.

Hi want to check, do I have to bring the phone out for it to track distance? Or can it be track from the watch itself?

Dear Customer,

If you do not bring your phone out with you, your tracker
will still be able to record your steps etc, but will not be able to store the data onto your phone since your watch bluetooth with your phone is out of range. However, I think when you have your phone with you later, you could still synchronize your tracker data to your phone. Try it out.

Hi!

I hv not used the V07 for a few months.. now when I turned on the watch.. the Bluetooth on the watch is off even though my iPhone Bluetooth is on .. the iPhone setting shows that device is connected but I when I go the H band app.. it says no device connected .. I hv tried using VeryfitPro app..also same problem..though the watch is still working just wrong date & time and Bluetooth icon is off..

Pls let me know how to rectify this problem

Dear Customer,

For the model V07 the app is "H band". VeryFit Pro is for another model ID115HR Plus.

Follow the instruction in the attached user manual to pair your V07 to your phone.

I turn on my iPhone Bluetooth and tried to pair the watch .. apparently the msg from H band says “Bluetooth not turned on” .. it seems the Bluetooth the V07 is faulty.. is this still under warranty?

Dear Customer,

Sorry for taking sometime to reply to you.
The warranty period is over only 6 months.

I do not think your V07 is faulty. First make sure that your V07
battery is not completely flat. It must at least be partially charged.

Turn on the Bluetooth on your iPhone. Tap on the Bluetooth on
your iPhone it should show a list of devices that are detected or paired. If you don't see the V07 on your iPhone Bluetooth then it has not detected the V07 device. There is also a setting on the H band app. The setting is located at the right bottom of the app. From there you can pair the device. Play with the setting on the H band App and also make sure that your iPhone bluetooth has detected V07.
