    Delivery via Normal Postage

    Dear Customer,


    Normal Mail (Non-traceable)

    1)Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. For large parcel which cannot be fit in the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep.

    2)If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home),normally the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

    However, that are many cases that Postman will leave NOTHING to inform the recipient.

    Thus, Registered mail /Qxpress courier services are highly recommended.
