    so sorry about the miscomm, as we see it as a question asking advise on how we will proceed with the order. which we answered that not to delay customer shipment for exsisting orders we will change to blue color to send out.

    In the first place, I did not advice any shipment. Since I had ordered RED COLOUR and RED colour had out of stock. Then, isn't need to advice the customer before you replace the blue colour? Such of disappointed and MESS service.
