Hi, we don’t have your record now as it has been more than a month and the Qoo10 system will auto delete the order. May I have your order number in order to check against our own records please? But if the status of the order was changed to ‘Delivered’, then I am very sure we have already send out your parcel. Was your parcel send by SingPost normal mail? If so, as normal mail is not trackable and SingPost does have a record of losing their mail from time to time, we cannot be accountable for their mistake. If it’s by Qxpress, we will track it down for you. Kindly advise. Thanks.
