    There is No Confusion regarding the Non Delivery by your delivery company. Refer to the attached documents. As per IFleet tracking, my order is still in the delivery process from Feb 3 to 7, 2018!

    New Moon should have my order delivered by QExpress and settled the non delivery issue with IFleet.

    The customer should not be the party on the receiving end of this issue.

    I was home the whole day and there was no delivery.

    Honest bee tracking status showed preparing to ship from Saturday to Monday at 9 am plus this morning.
