    But if the item is lost during transit,we will not be responsible for the lost.
    Customers who have opt for normal mail is deemed to have agreed to be responsible for if there is any lost during delivery.
    If you can't accept,please select the registered mail because only registered mail have tracking number to trace your items but normal mail can't,hope you understand!

    Due to the festive seasons,there are many mails delivery delayed by Singpost.
    The status is changed to 'Delivered' by Qoo10 and not us.
    If you have opt for normal mail,there is no tracking number so there is no way to trace the location of the item.
    Please kindly be more patient and wait for the arrival of the parcel.

    Due to many return mails:
    For customer who opt for registered mail,please not that we normall update all tracking numbers 1-2 working days after we have send out the items.
    Please take note that registered mail only takes 2-3 days to arrive and if the delivery is unsuccessful,it is your responsibility to check with your nearest Singpost even if you did not receive any delivery advice.
    Sometimes postman left the delivery advice at your door and it happens that someone took it away be it your family members or passerby.
    Please track and collect all items to prevent paying extra charges and long waiting time

    It was informed to me via Qoo10 that my items has been sent out on 4 April'14 but up till now I have not received them yet.

    It's about 1 week :(

    Dear customer,we have sent out the item on the date stated in Qoo10.If you have chosen registered mail,we are able to check for you.But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item.Please note that upon placing order,customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as statd in our listing.We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels.Thanks for being understanding~!
