Got a sms to say sofa to be delivered on 7 May 12-5pm. Waited at home whole day till 5.30pm and texted to asked if still delivering today. Then got a call to say item is out of stock!!! This is outrageous! They simply waste people's time to wait!! How can they have something on delivery and failed the schedule then simply say item is out of stock. If item is our of stock, you should have informed me earlier.
How could you schedule a delivery, and wait till you pass the delivery time and the customer to check...then you realised it is out of stock???? Apparently, I am not the first case here!

Supposed to deliver on 5 May, waited from 11 to 5pm nobody turn up. Have to call and check den driver inform sofa no stock. Can your company have the courtesy to call in advance to inform? Now what youe company intend to do since no stock. How are you going to compensate for my time lost for waiting the whole afternoon!!
