    About Our Returns Policies

    Returns are on us! We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, here is our returns policies:

    To begin a return, FIRST, Please cantact us.

    If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused/sealed purchased product to us within 7 days, we'll deduct the postage cost from your refund amount.

    Once we receive your returned package, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. We do not accept refund requests for order exceeds 7 days.

    Damaged products
    If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please take a quick cell-phone picture of the issue and contact us.

    Exchange / Refund Period
    Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

    Limited Warranty & Product Returns

    What is not covered

    The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.

    What we will do
    We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable or improved product at our option.

    What we will not do
    We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.
    The shipping fee for returning the product back will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
