    Thank you for your order and am glad that you have received the item. As for the issue of you not being able to connect the mouse to your device, it is usually a case of not re-setting the mouse properly.

    As you have ordered the silent version, do not that there will be no laser light at the bottom of the mouse when turned on. In order to connect the mouse, please follow the following steps:

    1. Insert batteries and turn the mouse on.
    2. Press and hold the reset button at the bottom of the mouse for about 3 seconds (you may need to do this a few times)
    3. Scan for the mouse with your device.

    Most customers facing the same difficulties as yours did not do step 2 properly. Hence, kindly try again and if you face any further issues, please contact us. Thank you.
