    Hi, my serial number is attached as per photo. I was requested to contact bose hq in US and they have rejected the appeal and that products bought under authorized reseller are not warranted at all. They have requested me to contact seller and request for refund. This is not what you have mentioned that it’s covered limited warranty, regardless in US or local repair center. I want a refund.

    You seems like you tell wrong serial number.

    We've contacted with Bose in U.S. (1-800-379-2073. )
    We confirm that the Serial Number is still under manufacturer warranty. And they got the serial number too.
    We didn't specify the warranty is cover in your local center so we've informed that to recommand you to contact with your local center too. As we said before, it has 1 year manufacturer warranty in U.S and it has been confirm it by U.S bose support team one more time,
    Please contact with bose in U.S again and provide correct serial number.

    Hi, I didn’t provide the wrong serial number. They are rejecting the warranty because they said you are not an authorized reseller. They are the one who asked me to contact you for a refund.

    Unless you can send me a valid proof of purchase (receipt) that this is purchased in US at an authorized reseller, they are unable to do the replacement even if it’s in the US. Now that I do not have the receipt, they are not honoring it. And purchase made with you is not considered a proof.

    Plus, when we contact with them, they even didn't ask us any invoice or order number. They just only asked us serial number.
    And the serial number is still under warranty. This is what we confirm from them. Just tell your item issue and serial number, they will handle it. and iI don't think so, but if they ask you any invoice, show them this invoice. Thanks

    They did as attached in their email. They do not honor purchases from agencies, only through authorized reseller.

    Because they didn't know the item is purchased from Amazon, they said like this. Once they know item is from Amazon in U.S, it will be cover it.
    In this case, it will be faster that we contact them directly. Since we purchased item from authorized seller and ready to prove it, it will be cover it. We will contact with them on your behalf when their business time open in Monday(U.S).
