Here are some things to note prior to purchase to avoid any misunderstanding =)
- We will take full responsibility for any lost normal mail, only if we made a mistake on the address. We will not be responsible for any other reasons. Please wait for 3 weeks from date of mailing out before enquiring lost parcel.
- If shipping method selected is either Qxpress or Singpost Registered, we reserve the right to mail items by either of the 2 options.
- For refunds/exchanges/faulty items, please kindly note that items must be in its original undamaged condition to be eligible for exchange. We require customers to please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. Please do not leave any negative or neutral feedback prior to contacting us. If a negative or neutral feedback has been made, we will not allow any refunds/exchanges.
