    Hi,

    I have seen quite a number of reviews on delivery being done in around 1 week of order in early Feb, of which it means that they had also ordered around the same time or even later than me. But my order was issued with a tracking number on 24 Jan and then put on hold till now.

    I need to know now if you can send out to me by this Wed 13/2. If not possible, I will just claim non receipt of items as I had been sending messages to you since 4 Feb.
