    Thank you for the photos.

    For the bent hook/studs, you may gently bend the needle back into place. As it is via SingPost normal mail, it could have been bent in the process of delivery.

    This does not affect the aesthetic or the wearing of the earring itself.

    As for the tangled earrings, could you try to gently pull and straighten out the chain again?

    i have tried to bent the hook back, but it doesn't bent back straight, as for the tangled earrings, i also tried to straighten it, but it doesn't get back to shape. Kindly help.

    Since you’re unable to fix them, we’ve looked through the photos again and will resend 2 designs to you instead as it affects wearing. You do not have to mail back to us.
