Regarding shipping with Qxpress. The tracking number will be provided and updated by Qxpress after they collected. Usually take 1 to 3 working to reach customer, after tracking number updated.
The goods never be lost for shipping with Qxpress services.
Sometimes, the tracking shown delivered and signed by Qxpress staff (usually after 2 to 3 days from the Qxpress collected date) but customer didn't receive the goods.
It because Qxpress have some agreement with Qoo10, the Qxpress need to confirm delivered after 3 working days from collection date.
In this case, usually customer will be receive the goods on next working day.
Customer may contact Qxpress regarding your goods delivery details. Customer must provide them tracking no.
