I understand the probem now. The issue was raised to Qoo10 customer service as singpost failed to deliver till now (missing).
Instead of asking us to resend, the customer service raised a non-receipt claim (refund) and we approved. So currently one pair is in refund, 5 pairs still shows delivered in sytem.
This is a misunderstanding as the customer service did not tell us that you wish for us to resend again, instead a claim was raised and we only found out today
For this case, 2 solutions
1) As you mention, raise a claim for the remaining 5 pairs to get back refund, if you wish to order again, please consider using Qxpress courier.
2) If you wish for us to resend, we can only resend the remaining 5 pcs now as 1 pcs is in refund mode, we would recommend you to top up another $1.35 and we send out via singpost Smartpac, (up $3.20 - 3.80), as normal mail, till now, is still prone to delay and missing.
