Customers who have opt for normal mail is deemed to have agreed to be responsible for if there is any lost during delivery.
Dont come and tell us that u have never lost any normal mail before. Do take note, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! We can't predict anything happened!
If you can't accept,please select the registered mail as it have tracking number to track your items but normal mail don't have, hope you understand!
We strongly advise customers to opt for registered mail especially during peak seasons during holidays as there are 50% more risk of getting lost mails.
