As the selected delivery method is SingPost normal postage, we have no control over the delivery timing. If the postman encounters a problem in delivery, and one of the possible reasons is a problem with the address, the usual process will be to mail the item back to us. We can only process the re-mailing of the item to you after we receive the returned item from SingPost. This could take up to a week.
However, if you still wish to opt for normal post, may we suggest providing a unit number for your mailing address. We understand there are offices that occupy the whole level, but experience tells us that by providing a unit number will make it clearer for the postman and help him to deliver it to the correct mailbox. Alternatively, you can opt for registered postage (will need a top up), in this case, the postman will deliver up to level 14 of the building and hand it to the reception.
